ARC renewal at Seoul Immigration: book on HiKorea early, walk-ins are gone

Renewed my ARC at Seoul Global Center / Sejongno office last week. You MUST reserve a slot on the HiKorea site (hikorea.go.kr) up to a month ahead. Slots for weekdays vanish fast. Bring your passport, current ARC, a 3.5x4.5cm photo, proof of address, and the 30,000 won fee (card OK). The fee jumped a while back so don't bring exactly 10k. Whole thing took 20 min once I was called.

Confirmed, walk-ins at Daejeon office turned me away too. HiKorea reservation only now.

Does the address proof need to be a certified jeonse contract or is a utility bill fine?

A lease contract or a 등본 (resident extract) works. A utility bill alone was not accepted.

Tip: set a HiKorea alert. Cancelled slots reopen around 9am, grabbed mine that way.
